Strategy frameworks, policy interventions & gap analysis (4 weeks–3 months)
Structured engagements that assess current conditions, identify gaps, and develop clear, actionable strategies. This work often includes policy review, stakeholder input, and tailored frameworks to support informed decision-making.
Viability assessment, program evaluation & readiness planning (3–6 months)
In-depth analysis to assess whether a shared mobility program is feasible, scalable, and aligned with local goals. These engagements focus on operational readiness, financial viability, equity considerations, and performance measurement.
Pilot planning, program implementation & execution support (6–12 months & Beyond)
Hands-on support through the design, launch, and management of shared mobility pilots. This includes partner coordination, implementation planning, risk mitigation, and ongoing advisory support during delivery with an annual retainer.
