ReachNow is BMW’s premium carsharing program that was launched earlier this year in Seattle and Portland and has experienced tremendous growth in the last 8 months.

In their latest press release, ReachNow has announced the appointment of their new Chief Customer Officer, Simon Broesamle, to succeed our founder Sandra Phillips, who will continue to work with ReachNow as an advisor through movmi. They also announced their new Head of Marketing, Leigh McMillan.
“Simon and Leigh bring a wealth of experience in innovative mobility solutions and consumer services along with proven track records scaling consumer businesses. They will add tremendous value to the ReachNow team and our member services,” said Steve Banfield, CEO of ReachNow.
“Simon will be vital in enhancing our customer- experience and developing and implementing new mobility services, while Leigh will focus on building the ReachNow brand and growing our member base. In addition, we are fortunate that Sandra will continue to bring her expertise in mobility strategy and services to ReachNow as she returns to head the agency she previously founded to fuel development of shared mobility solutions.”
Both Broesamle and McMillan will be based out of the company’s Seattle headquarters.
