That’s the question movmi Academy’s 2026 BC Study Tour set out to answer — 2.5 days, three cities, and a cohort of policymakers, developers, transit planners, and operators travelling from Vancouver to Victoria to Whistler. The focus: long-term Mobility Management (TDM) policy, developer-funded integration, curbside vs. private governance, and the structural work of embedding shared mobility into new developments for good.
