How can British Columbia create the conditions for carsharing to expand and electrify?
Commissioned by TransLink, movmi conducted a comprehensive policy and planning study to identify practical, transferable actions that can support carsharing expansion and electrification across BC.
The project brought together stakeholder insights, a review of carsharing policies across 38 BC municipalities, and international case studies to identify the barriers limiting carsharing growth and the policy interventions needed to address them.
