Project Approach

The playbook addresses areas of strategic integration where carsharing can complement the regional transit network, marketing and partnerships to support vehicle utilization and maximize community impact, and multimodal integration through approaches such as using a single farecard across transit, bikeshare and carshare for the region. Movmi was tasked with building a framework to integrate a station-based, all-electric carshare into CDTA’s regional network in Albany, NY. The pilot project is funded by NYSERDA.
