Project Approach

In the initial phase of the project, Hello Scoot’ collaborated with movmi by providing essential data and insights. This included supplying six months of trip data from their operations in Tahiti and the most recent investor deck. Complementing this, Hello Scoot’ undertook a SWOT analysis using a template provided by movmi, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats – the movmi team then conducted an offline review of these materials.

The focus then shifted towards a thorough evaluation of various growth opportunities. This stage involved setting clear objectives for Hello Scoot’s future positioning and assessing the feasibility of these opportunities, considering Hello Scoot’s existing setup. movmi conducted a strategic and competitive analysis to understand Hello Scoot’s fit in the current market landscape, alongside a detailed risk and reward analysis. This latter analysis critically assessed the financial implications and potential benefits of each identified opportunity, ensuring that the strategies developed were both viable and advantageous for Hello Scoot’s growth trajectory.
