Scoozer is focused on providing more mobility choices to customers that are looking for stability and safety in their rides. Scoozer uses 4-wheeled, 2-seat electric scooters to specifically address the needs of seniors and people with restricted mobility. Users can rent a scooter just like they would from some of the larger players (eg. Lime, Bird) through a mobile application but are also supported by customer support representatives on-site.
The team at Scoozer approached movmi in early summer 2020 to support their product development and launch planning for this unique electric scooter share. movmi’s team became a sounding board during the setup of Scoozer’s pilot and supported their team during all the product design decisions (from vehicle choice, to telematics to software) and operational setup.
