A McKinsey study found that 52% of employees would prefer a flexible working model on a permanent basis moving forward. That same study found that over 50% of employees would prefer to work from home at least 3 days per week.
We’ve all likely seen some form of these statistics. And the future is clear: flexible remote work is here to stay (for those jobs that can accommodate it). What does that mean for commuting and the traditional commuter benefits programs offered by many employers?
To answer that question, Commutifi explores the approaches of two hypothetical companies in this article: NormCorp and FutureCorp.

Change does not usually happen overnight, especially within the transportation sector. Our vision of a sustainable transportation eco-system, significantly reducing GHG emissions and effectively turning the tide on climate change, just isn’t progressing as fast as we would like and this can be disheartening.
However, we have seen climate change success stories over the last few years, that have given us hope and the encouragement to continue working to reduce GHG emissions and to fight climate change.
For this month’s #PartnerSpotlight series, we are taking a look at three of our partners Mobito, Eccocar and Commuitifi.
